The Production Assistant / Junior Production Coordinator works across the production team to keep timelines, approvals, shoot logistics, and client communications running to schedule. On any given day that might mean chasing feedback on a script, coordinating talent and wardrobe with a client, or QA-ing a finished course before it goes out the door.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client communication across multiple branded content productions simultaneously, tracking feedback rounds, approvals, and sign-offs to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate shoot logistics including studio bookings, product samples, branded merchandise, and on-set schedules for short-form video productions.
• Support talent, wardrobe, and styling coordination in close communication with clients and external partners across each production.
• Learn and apply the frntlne F.I.L.M methodology to assist in developing course outlines and production scripts from brief through to camera-ready draft.
• Manage the review and approval pipeline through the frntlne Studio platform, flagging delays early and keeping all assets accounted for.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on finished video courses before delivery, catching errors before they reach the client.

What You Bring

• Strong organisational instincts with a proven ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple projects without dropping the detail.
• Clear, professional written communication skills suited to direct client correspondence throughout the branded content production process.
• Comfort working across production coordination tools, scheduling documents, and digital review platforms.
• A background in production, events, hospitality, retail, or account coordination is useful but not required for this entry-level role.
• Composure when shoot-day plans shift at short notice, with a solutions-first approach to problems as they come up.
