About the Role

The Title Producer, Content Localization – UCAN Scripted Series & Documentary functions as the single point of accountability for all localized assets on an assigned slate, working across dubbing, subtitling, SDH, audio description, metadata, and forced narratives for both long-form content and trailers. Day-to-day, this person is managing vendor bids, tracking budgets, coordinating with Language Producers, and keeping localization workflows aligned with post-production timelines across Netflix’s UCAN scripted and documentary slate. They sit at the intersection of content, post, marketing, and launch management, which means no two titles land the same way.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full localization lifecycle for assigned titles, from language suite strategy and vendor selection through final asset delivery and launch readiness across all formats.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Content, Post Production, Marketing, and Launch Management teams to keep localization milestones aligned with global release schedules.
• Manage bid processes, financial tracking, and budget oversight for all localization services across each title in the assigned slate.
• Oversee quality control for dubbed audio and subtitle deliverables, escalating creative or technical issues to the appropriate internal teams or localization partners when needed.
• Analyze title-level localization metrics and project data to identify workflow inefficiencies and drive process improvements across the post-production workflow.
• Coordinate context gathering, complexity assessments, and source material distribution to ensure localization partners have everything required to meet Netflix’s creative standards before production begins.

What You Bring

• Proven experience producing localization for scripted episodic television or documentary content at scale, with credits spanning multiple languages and international territories.
• Hands-on background managing dubbing and subtitling pipelines, including SDH, audio description, and accessibility deliverables.
• Strong vendor management experience, including bid management, contract oversight, and performance tracking across external localization partners.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools and localization management systems used in a broadcast or streaming post-production workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines across a multi-title slate without losing visibility into quality or budget.
