Day-to-day, the editor is pulling selects, building sequences, applying color grades, and delivering motion graphics treatments, all within the same project timeline. The expectation is that multiple cuts are moving simultaneously, with brand consistency maintained across each one.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into finished deliverables for social media platforms and marketing campaigns, maintaining brand standards across every cut.
• Build motion graphics sequences and animated elements within After Effects as an integrated part of the post-production workflow, not as a secondary task.
• Manage color correction and basic grading passes in DaVinci Resolve to ensure visual consistency across a campaign’s full deliverable package.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams during review rounds to incorporate feedback without losing the editorial intent of each piece.
• Organize and maintain project file structures, media assets, and versioning so that any team member can pick up a project mid-delivery cycle.
• Deliver multiple projects against overlapping deadlines, managing your own schedule within the production calendar without requiring constant supervision.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 3 years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates finished work across multiple content types.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects, with motion graphics work visible in your reel.
• Experience delivering content for digital and social media campaigns, not just internal or personal projects.
• The ability to manage a multi-project post-production workflow independently, with strong attention to output quality under real deadline pressure.
