Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex production calendars for the leadership team, tracking creative milestones and ensuring the project’s overarching production plan stays on course.
• Facilitate creative reviews by preparing agendas, confirming the right stakeholders are in the room, capturing decisions, and following up on action items quickly.
• Serve as a liaison between Inkubator’s GenAI-native production strategy and individual creative workstreams across the animation studio.
• Maintain working relationships with cross-functional partners and external technology and creative collaborators to keep the experimental production environment moving.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports on a regular, timely basis.
• Track artist communications and production assets using systems such as ShotGrid or FlowPT within the animation production workflow.

What You Bring

• Four or more years of experience in production coordination or as a creative assistant within animation, film, or experimental media.
• Working knowledge of animation production workflows and asset tracking systems, specifically ShotGrid or FlowPT, plus Google Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to translate a director’s creative vision into organized, trackable production tasks.
• Comfort working independently across time zones with strong judgment about when to act and when to escalate.
• Discretion with confidential information and professionalism in all internal and external communications.
