Videographer

Muscle Nation is hiring a Videographer based in Brisbane, Queensland, to join their in-house creative team. This role sits within a brand content operation that produces campaign work, product launches, short-form social video, and studio shoots across activewear, supplements, and food. It suits a shooter-editor one or two years into their career who wants real volume, senior mentorship, and a clear path to getting better fast.

About the Role

Reporting to the Creative Director at Muscle Nation’s Brisbane HQ, this Videographer works across the full content pipeline, from studio product shoots and campaign days to vertical short-form video built for TikTok and Meta. The role covers both acquisition and post-production workflow, meaning you shoot it, cut it, grade it, and deliver it in the correct format and ratio. On any given week you might be lighting a supplement shoot in the studio, grabbing behind-the-scenes on a campaign day, or turning around a phone-shot hook for paid social by end of afternoon.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot campaign, product launch, and brand content across studio and location setups, covering activewear, supplements, and food categories.
• Capture short-form social video and hooks formatted for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta placements, shooting vertical on a phone or on camera depending on the brief.
• Own the full post-production workflow on your own work, including cutting, colour grading, sound mix, captions, and music in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Set up and operate camera, lighting, and audio independently so footage comes back clean and usable without requiring fixes in post.
• Work with talent on set including models and athletes, taking direction from the Creative Director and giving clear, calm instruction so talent performs on camera.
• Manage footage, project files, and exports to keep the content library organised and accessible across the broader creative team.

What You Bring

• One to two years of shooting and editing experience, whether through employment, freelance work, an internship, or your own channels.
• Confident operation of a mirrorless or DSLR camera, covering framing, exposure, lighting, and clean audio capture.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro including colour grading, with After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Lightroom considered a bonus.
• Your own camera gear, a current driver’s licence, and your own transport for location shoots.
• A showreel or portfolio link is required with your application.
• Full working rights in Australia.
