The workflow here is closer to a live production environment than a casual kitchen gig, with real aesthetic standards applied to every plate that goes out.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble charcuterie boards with consistent portioning and visual composition that meets the house standard on every single build.
• Handle, prep, and present meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments in compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Manage stock rotation and perishable inventory to ensure quality control across all ingredients used in presentation builds.
• Maintain a clean and organized prep space that supports a smooth, uninterrupted production cadence through evening service.
• Communicate board status and timing clearly with kitchen and service teams to keep the floor running on schedule.
• Apply a strong aesthetic eye to every build, ensuring each board reflects both the portion spec and the visual identity of the venue.

What You Bring

• A minimum of two years of kitchen experience, with prior work in food prep, catering, or food styling considered a strong asset.
• A valid FoodSafe certification, which is required to be considered for this role.
• Full availability for evening shifts on a full-time schedule, with reliable and punctual attendance.
• A trained eye for visual presentation and the ability to replicate aesthetic standards under time pressure.
