Forwardrole is recruiting a Midweight Videographer/Content Creator to join an in-house creative team based in Liverpool, England. The role sits within a dedicated video and studio production department, responsible for delivering branded content across eCommerce, social media campaigns, and product launches for a UK consumer brand in the performance and lifestyle market. It is best suited to a videographer with commercial production experience who is equally comfortable owning a shoot independently and feeding into larger campaign productions.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Videographer, this Midweight Videographer/Content Creator position sits inside a fully staffed in-house creative function that includes design, photography, and digital marketing teams. The day-to-day workload mixes short-form social content production with more considered brand storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Typical shoot days involve directing talent, capturing product and lifestyle footage, and turning around edited deliverables to brief across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, paid media, eCommerce product pages, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Direct models, athletes, and brand ambassadors on set during product launch and campaign shoots.
• Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro to broadcast-standard delivery, incorporating motion graphics, sound design, and subtitles using Adobe After Effects where required.
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during campaigns, events, and product activations for use across organic and paid social channels.
• Manage day-to-day content production independently while supporting the Senior Videographer on larger campaign shoots.
• Maintain organised video asset libraries and project files to support the wider creative production workflow.

What You Bring

• Minimum three years of commercial videography experience across branded content, lifestyle, fashion, or sportswear production.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong social-first content creation alongside longer-form brand storytelling.
• Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and practical experience with Adobe After Effects and the wider Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid on-set skills covering lighting, composition, camera movement, and location audio capture.
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously without losing consistency in output quality.
