Analyst, Post Production
Warner Bros. Discovery
Category
Job Type
Warner Bros. Discovery is hiring a Post Production Analyst based in Mexico City at their Paseo de las Palmas offices. This role sits inside WBD’s Latin American post-production operation, coordinating the full pipeline from media ingest through to mastering for shows produced in Mexico. It is a fit for someone who has spent real time in a post facility or broadcast environment and knows how to keep multiple editorial teams moving at the same time.
About the Role
The Post Production Analyst works across WBD’s Mexico-based scripted and unscripted productions, serving as the operational center between editorial, color, audio, and finishing departments. Day to day, that means managing suite schedules, tracking deliverables across concurrent projects, and acting as the point of contact between internal post teams, executive producers, and external vendors. The post-production workflow here spans 4K HDR mastering and Dolby Atmos audio, so familiarity with high-end broadcast and streaming standards is essential from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate post-production materials assigned to each editorial team member, keeping delivery timelines on track across all departments simultaneously.
- Liaise directly with producers, editors, colorists, audio post-producers, and finishers to maintain operational continuity across active projects.
- Manage post-production resources including editing suites, equipment allocation, and technical staff assignments in a broadcast and streaming environment.
- Review incoming materials against technical specifications, flagging issues before they reach the online editing or finishing stage.
- Generate executive-level reports covering project status, resource usage, and KPI compliance for active productions.
- Troubleshoot workflow and communication issues between internal teams and external post-production vendors.
What You Bring
- Solid background in post-production coordination on broadcast or streaming productions, with hands-on knowledge of end-to-end post-production workflow.
- Intermediate working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Pro Tools in a professional post environment.
- Familiarity with Baselight, Avid Media Composer, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or offline editing experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage room scheduling, operator assignments, and equipment logistics across multiple concurrent productions.
- Strong organizational discipline and the ability to hold a comprehensive view of multiple projects without losing detail at any stage of the pipeline.
Why This Role
Warner Bros. Discovery’s Latin American production operation continues to expand its original content output, making this a post-production role with real scope and visibility. The Mexico City office works on productions that reach global streaming and broadcast audiences, and the Post Production Analyst position sits at the center of how those shows actually get finished and delivered. For someone looking to deepen their experience across high-end post-production workflow at a major studio, the breadth of work here is hard to match regionally.
Apply now for the Post Production Analyst role at Warner Bros. Discovery and bring your post-production experience to one of the industry’s most active Latin American production hubs.
