About the Role

This position sits at the intersection of Production, Studio Operations, and Technology, supporting content across broadcast series, in-house unscripted productions, and titles coming through FOX’s owned studios and partners. A typical day involves resolving readiness gaps before a production launches, aligning vendors to technical frameworks, and making sure handoffs into centralized post-production platforms are clean and consistent. The role requires four days per week on-site at the Los Angeles workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement studio-wide production technology standards, establishing repeatable episodic television workflow models that reduce variability across productions.
• Lead program management from greenlight through dailies and post-ingest handoff, aligning physical facility builds and owned production gear to defined technical and archive requirements.
• Standardize ingest, metadata, naming conventions, and archive policy to ensure clean transitions into internal marketing, animation, and external post-production partners.
• Evaluate and align production vendors, post partners, and integrators to consistent technical frameworks, preventing siloed solutions from taking root across the production ecosystem.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for production technology alignment, resolving infrastructure and workflow gaps before they surface as on-set or post-production problems.
• Incorporate external best practices from the broader production technology landscape into FOX Entertainment’s internal studio standards on an ongoing basis.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in production technology, studio operations, or post-production workflow management across scripted or unscripted episodic television.
• Hands-on familiarity with dailies pipelines, ingest workflows, and production-to-post handoff processes at a studio or network level.
• Experience managing vendor and integrator relationships within a broadcast or streaming production environment.
• Ability to build and enforce technical standards across multiple concurrent productions without disrupting creative workflows.
• Background working across cross-functional teams including production, technology, and operations leadership.
