Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video recordings through the full post-production workflow, delivering broadcast-quality output for online and mobile distribution.
• Consult with supervisors to define production vision, develop shot lists, and align finished content with public information goals.
• Design and produce graphics, layouts, and formatted materials for publications, multimedia presentations, and public exhibitions.
• Publish content to social channels and maintain websites, applying design standards appropriate to each platform’s technical requirements.
• Establish and maintain video asset archiving standards, ensuring the production library is organized and accessible.
• Oversee the work of other contributors on productions, and manage copyright, reprint, and permissions processes as needed.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of hands-on experience in videography, video production, and graphic design.
• Proven expertise in video editing with a working understanding of broadcast, online, and mobile platform requirements.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• A current, valid Texas driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under the County’s insurance carrier.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
