About the Role

The Videographer and Video Editor at MarketOpen works directly with ASX listed companies, executives, and business leaders, producing corporate video content and digital media across multiple formats. Day to day, this person runs shoots on Sony camera systems, manages post-production workflows with a network of remote editors, and delivers finished content to broadcast-quality standards. It is a single-operator production role with genuine scope to shape the output, not just execute briefs handed down from above.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute interview, podcast, and investor event productions from pre-production through to final delivery.
• Operate Sony camera systems with working knowledge of lighting setups suited to corporate interview production.
• Edit, colour grade, and process audio for finished content inside DaVinci Resolve.
• Manage post-production workflows across a remote editing team, maintaining timelines and version control across active projects.
• Maintain media asset organisation, production schedules, and studio operations for the West Perth facility.
• Develop new content formats and contribute creative direction to the broader production slate.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated video production experience across both camera operation and editing, at graduate level or above.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve covering editing, colour grading, and project management.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite in a production context.
• Hands-on experience with Sony camera systems and professional production equipment.
• Solid understanding of location audio, interview lighting, and corporate production requirements.
