Key Responsibilities

• Apply Section 508 compliance standards throughout multimedia production and digital content development.
• Lead client-facing creative discussions to interpret messaging requirements, visualize data, and conceptualize solutions that align with defense-sector priorities.
• Manage concurrent project timelines with accuracy and accountability, maintaining quality across print, digital, and video deliverables without close supervision.
• Review work with senior designers and incorporate feedback to ensure visual consistency across all branded materials and multimedia products.

What You Bring

• 8 or more years of experience in graphic design and video production spanning print, digital, and multimedia formats.
• Hands-on proficiency across Adobe Creative Apps including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Media Encoder, Lightroom, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• A portfolio demonstrating a broad range of video production and design work, with examples of visual solutions applied to complex subject matter.
• Active TS/SCI clearance, with willingness to take a polygraph exam. A TS/SCI with polygraph is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree, with prior experience supporting intelligence analysts or executive staff considered a strong asset.
