About the Role

Working within ZONED’s in-house content team, this Videographer / Photographer supplies footage and images to two distinct short-form editing teams handling organic social and paid digital advertising respectively. Day-to-day, that means planning and executing shoots across vlog, B-roll, product and lifestyle formats, then delivering well-organised assets that editors can move on immediately. The role carries ownership of the full capture-to-delivery process, which is less common in branded content production and gives the right person real influence over the creative output.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit vlog content that documents behind-the-scenes activity and brand milestones with a clear narrative through-line.
• Build and maintain a B-roll library spanning product, lifestyle and brand footage for use across social media content production and paid advertising creative.
• Capture high-quality stills for campaigns, digital channels and social media, covering both product and lifestyle briefs.
• Coordinate directly with the paid ads editing team to capture footage across multiple hooks, angles and product demonstration formats required for creative variation testing.
• Manage asset organisation across all footage and image libraries, including labelling, backup and retrieval, so both editing teams can locate and use files without friction.
• Plan and coordinate shoots end-to-end, covering location scouting, equipment, product sourcing and scheduling of any on-camera talent or staff.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating professional-level videography and photography across branded content, social media or digital advertising production.
• Solid technical proficiency across camera operation, lighting, audio capture and composition for both single-shooter and small-crew setups.
• Demonstrated understanding of short-form content production formats and what distinguishes footage that cuts well from footage that does not.
• Experience managing content delivery to editors or post-production teams, including file naming conventions and asset management.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent briefs and deadlines without losing consistency in output quality.
