This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled content creator who is passionate about visual storytelling and can showcase properties, people, and our company culture through premium-quality photography and videography.

About the Role

As our Videographer & Photographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across our residential sales, leasing, commercial, and brand marketing activities.

You will work closely with our sales agents, property managers, and leadership team to produce engaging content that elevates our brand and helps our properties stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Property Marketing

• Photograph residential and commercial properties for sale and lease.

• Produce high-quality property videos, walkthroughs, and promotional content.

• Capture aerial footage using drones (where licensed and appropriate).

• Edit and deliver professional images and videos within required deadlines.

• Ensure all content aligns with First National Connect’s brand standards.

Brand & Culture Content

• Create engaging content showcasing our team, office culture, events, community involvement, and achievements.

• Produce social media content including reels, stories, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.

• Capture team headshots and branding photography.

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional videos.

Content Production

• Manage all stages of production from planning and filming through to editing and final delivery.

• Maintain photography, video, lighting, and audio equipment.

• Stay up to date with current content trends and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a professional Videographer and Photographer.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating property photography and videography work.

• Advanced editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects preferred).

• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour grading, and storytelling.

• Experience creating content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• A current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

• Drone licence (RePL) highly regarded but not essential.
