Videographer & Multimedia Designer

First Orion Corp is hiring a Videographer & Multimedia Designer based in North Little Rock, Arkansas. This role sits within the Marketing department and owns the full video production workflow, from initial concept and scripting through camera operation, post-production editing, and final delivery across corporate, B2B, and internal communications channels. It suits a working shooter-editor who is equally comfortable behind a camera on a live shoot and inside a nonlinear editing timeline finishing motion graphics.

About the Role

The Videographer & Multimedia Designer supports Marketing, Product, Sales, and People Operations teams by producing content that covers product launches, customer stories, executive messaging, recruiting, and event recaps. Day to day, this person is managing camera setup and lighting for in-office shoots, cutting footage in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and building motion graphics in After Effects to support the broader brand content pipeline. The role also carries backup responsibility for graphic design output including presentations, digital ads, and event signage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video production workflow including concept development, storyboarding, location prep, principal photography, and post-production finishing.
• Operate professional camera systems, lighting rigs, and audio equipment across office, event, and remote production environments.
• Edit and deliver polished video assets aligned to brand standards, applying motion graphics, titles, transitions, and animation to support visual storytelling.
• Produce a range of corporate video content including product demos, training videos, sales enablement materials, and social media assets for distribution across platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, and LinkedIn.
• Manage multiple concurrent video projects against deadlines while maintaining organized asset libraries for repurposing and distribution.
• Support graphic design needs across marketing collateral, branded presentations, and digital advertising when production volume requires it.

What You Bring

• 2 or more years of professional video production experience, ideally in a corporate, B2B, SaaS, or technology environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite, with familiarity with DaVinci Resolve.
• Hands-on experience with professional cameras, lighting equipment, and location audio systems.
• A portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia storytelling across multiple content types.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for graphic design support work.
