About the Role

cinnamon.io is an AI software company serving the UK estate agency market, and they are building out a library of client-facing video content to support their sales and marketing. The work sits entirely within short-form video production, covering everything from on-location interviews through to the finished edit. A typical day involves travelling to an estate agency somewhere in Greater London, running a shoot with real clients, and returning to cut polished content for the website and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Film on-location interviews and testimonials with estate agency clients, managing framing, lighting setup, and audio capture independently.
• Shoot supporting b-roll footage that gives each case study visual context and keeps short-form content engaging across platforms.
• Edit finished short-form video content optimised for both web delivery and social media formats, including vertical and horizontal cuts.
• Direct non-professional subjects on camera, putting clients at ease and guiding performances to get usable material efficiently.
• Manage your own production kit on location, including camera, audio, and lighting gear, to a professional broadcast standard.
• Deliver a growing content library of customer stories that functions as a core marketing asset for the cinnamon.io product.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience filming and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows finished client or commercial work.
• Your own camera body, audio kit, and editing setup capable of producing professional output.
• Proficiency in a professional non-linear editing application such as Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Confidence directing interview subjects who have no on-camera experience.
• A strong eye for visual storytelling within the constraints of a short-form content production workflow.
