About the Role

The Edit Creative sits within the digital content department at Premier League Studios, working across both match and off-pitch content to produce material for fan-facing channels. Day to day, this means taking briefs from Producers and turning them into polished edits, complete with motion graphics, titles, and graphics packages built for social video formats. The hybrid model splits time between the Central London office and remote working days depending on production schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Field of Play and off-pitch football content to brief, applying an understanding of narrative pacing suited to short-form digital video production.
• Design and animate motion graphics that align with established brand guidelines across multiple digital platforms.
• Work directly with Producers throughout the post-production workflow, from rough cut through to final delivery.
• Apply social media best practices to editorial decisions, including aspect ratio, caption formatting, and thumbnail-ready framing.
• Manage multiple concurrent edits within a structured content calendar, hitting turnaround times without compromising output quality.
• Contribute to the development of graphics templates and visual formats that can be scaled across the content team.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a digital video editor working within sports broadcasting, sports media, or a comparable high-volume content environment.
• Strong motion design capability, with a working reel that demonstrates both edit and animation skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects as core post-production tools.
• A genuine working knowledge of football that informs editorial choices around highlights and storytelling.
• Experience delivering content across multiple social platforms with an understanding of format requirements for each.
