This is an in-house production role focused on shooting and editing video content for health-focused digital platforms, sitting at the intersection of creative production and clinical communications. It suits a camera operator and editor with a background in branded content or documentary-style video production who is comfortable working across departments to shape how complex information gets told on screen.

About the Role

The Videographer at Praventis Group works within a cross-functional team that includes marketing, creative, and clinical staff, producing video content designed to make health information clear and accessible to digital audiences. Projects range from short-form health explainers to campaign-led content series, meaning your output spans pre-production planning through to delivered edits. A typical day moves between location shoots on site, lighting setup and camera operation, and desk-based post-production work inside a structured content workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute shoots end-to-end, handling camera operation, lighting rigs, and on-set audio to deliver clean, broadcast-standard footage across a range of digital health content formats.
• Edit assembled cuts through to final delivery, managing the full post-production workflow including colour correction, audio mixing, and graphics integration.
• Manage media throughout production, including card ingestion, file organisation, and archive, to keep projects running on schedule across multiple active campaigns.
• Work directly with clinical and marketing teams during pre-production to develop formats that translate health information into clear, audience-appropriate visual storytelling.
• Develop new content formats and production approaches that keep the video output fresh and suited to evolving digital platform requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all produced content, applying brand guidelines at both the shoot and edit stage without requiring constant creative direction.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a videographer across branded content, corporate video production, or documentary-style projects, with a showreel that reflects range.
• Confident camera operation skills across cinema or mirrorless camera systems, with practical knowledge of lighting for interview and documentary setups.
• Proficiency in professional editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent NLE, with working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics tools.
• Experience managing your own production workflow from brief to delivery without relying on a larger crew infrastructure.
• Ability to work on site across departments in a collaborative production environment, with strong communication built around project needs rather than hierarchy.
