Videographer, Content Creator & Video Editor

Job Position(s): Videographer, Content Creator & Video Editor

JaydenEsther Homes is hiring a Videographer, Content Creator & Video Editor based in Singapore to lead video production for their growing real estate brand. This role sits across pre-production, production, and post-production, with output spanning short-form social content for TikTok and Instagram through to longer educational and property tour videos for YouTube. It suits a self-directed shooter-editor who is comfortable owning the full content production workflow from brief to published asset.

About the Role

Working directly with the founders, this Videographer, Content Creator & Video Editor operates as a one-person production unit covering ideation, field production, and post-production editing. Day-to-day work includes filming property walkthroughs across Singapore, cutting social-first video content, and building a consistent visual identity across multiple platforms. The content slate covers property tours, market education, family lifestyle content, and Primary 1 school and home planning series.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a multi-platform content calendar spanning Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, scheduling shoots and delivery dates against publishing windows.
• Develop short-form video concepts including hooks, narrative structure, and captions suited to vertical video formats and platform-specific algorithms.
• Handle all field production duties on property shoots and events, including camera operation, basic lighting setup, and location audio capture.
• Direct talent on camera during shoots to achieve natural, confident on-screen delivery without relying on a separate director or producer.
• Edit footage through a complete post-production workflow, integrating subtitles, music, colour grading, and motion graphics to meet brand standards.
• Track content performance metrics and translate reach, engagement, and enquiry data into actionable adjustments to the production and publishing strategy.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating credits across filming and editing, ideally including short-form social content production and property or lifestyle video work.
• Proficiency in at least one professional editing application, CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Practical knowledge of short-form content pacing, storytelling structure, and hook construction for social video formats.
• Hands-on experience with basic lighting, audio recording, and camera setup in real-world production environments.
• Ability to produce simple graphic assets and cover images that hold visual consistency across a brand’s content library.

Why This Role

JaydenEsther Homes offers direct access to the founders, meaning creative decisions move quickly and good ideas actually get made. For a Videographer, Content Creator & Video Editor building a portfolio across real estate video production, property lifestyle content, and social-first storytelling, the range of content types here is genuinely broad. Singapore’s property market generates consistent content demand, which means steady production volume rather than sporadic project work.
