Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short-form video concepts tailored to specific social media platforms, with particular focus on TikTok content production and format conventions.
• Handle end-to-end post-production workflow including assembly cuts, color, audio sync, motion graphics, and final delivery for each platform’s technical specifications.
• Publish, monitor, and optimize video content using platform analytics to inform editorial decisions on pacing, format, and messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video output by working closely with the wider creative team throughout the production process.
• Track trends and emerging best practices in social media video production and apply relevant findings directly to upcoming projects.
• Own quality assurance and scheduling across multiple concurrent video productions to ensure on-time delivery without compromising editorial standards.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience in video editing and production, preferably within social media content production or digital marketing environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or a comparable professional editing application.
• A working knowledge of current social media platforms and the ability to self-publish and manage content distribution independently.
• The ability to function as a sole editor on a project while also integrating into a collaborative creative team when the work requires it.
