About the Role

The Videographer and Content Creator works within Ray White’s internal media team, producing video content that supports real estate marketing, brand storytelling, and social media distribution. A typical day moves between location shoots at residential and commercial properties, on-site interviews or agent profiles, and post-production editing back at base. This is a consistent, volume-driven content production environment with a steady pipeline of scheduled work rather than a project-by-project freelance model.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating camera, audio, and lighting equipment on location shoots across Gold Coast properties and corporate environments.
• Managing the full single-operator production workflow, including shot lists, scheduling, and on-site problem solving without a dedicated crew.
• Editing footage through post-production, applying colour grading, audio mix, and graphics to meet brand and platform delivery specs.
• Producing short-form video content formatted for social media distribution, including vertical and square aspect ratio outputs.
• Maintaining equipment, managing media card offloads, and organising a structured digital asset library for a high-output content production schedule.
• Working with the marketing team to align visual output with campaign briefs and property listing timelines.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a videographer or content creator across commercial, real estate, or branded content production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for editing and colour grading within a fast-turnaround post-production workflow.
• Confidence operating mirrorless or cinema camera systems, with a working knowledge of lens selection, exposure, and practical lighting setups.
• A portfolio showing location-based shooting across a range of content types, ideally including property or corporate video.
• Strong time management suited to a high-volume content production environment with recurring deadlines.
