Job Type
ENP Media is hiring a Videographer and Editor to join their in-house production team in Chamberí, Madrid. This role sits across both field production and post-production workflow, covering everything from camera operation on documentary-style shoots to offline editing and color correction in DaVinci Resolve. It suits a shooter-editor who is comfortable working close to the story, whether that means rigging a lav mic in a corporate boardroom or cutting a finished piece for a major broadcaster.
About the Role
ENP Media produces documentary-style content for global brands, large NGOs, and major broadcasters, so the work spans branded content production, editorial documentary, and long-form factual storytelling. On any given week, this person might be prepping camera packages for an international shoot, managing media on location, and returning to the edit suite to begin assembly cuts. The role demands fluency in both crafts, with neither treated as secondary.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating full-frame DSLR cameras and the DJI Zenmuse X9 4D across single and two-camera documentary workflows on location and in studio.
- Managing location audio using lavalier microphones as the primary tool, with boom operation used selectively depending on the shoot format.
- Lighting interview setups and controlled sets to broadcast standard, working within the aesthetic language of documentary-style branded content.
- Editing projects from assembly through to picture lock in DaVinci Resolve, including color correction, title graphics, subtitles, and basic sound and music editing.
- Handling all media management responsibilities on location and in post, maintaining file integrity across the production pipeline.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all visual deliverables while traveling internationally for productions as required.
What You Bring
- Proven credits as both a camera operator and editor, with a portfolio that demonstrates work across documentary or factual production formats.
- Confident, working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve covering editing, color grading, and basic audio workflows.
- Experience managing two-camera setups on location, including media offloading and organization under production conditions.
- Good command of English for communication within an international team.
- A valid passport and driving license, both required for international travel on productions.
- A professional STS drone pilot license, Lightroom retouching skills, and motion graphics experience are all genuine advantages here.
Why This Role
ENP Media works with some of the more prominent names in global media, NGO, and brand sectors, which means the production slate carries real weight and the editorial standards reflect that. The salary range is 20,000 to 30,000 euros per year depending on experience, with regular international travel built into the role. Every application is reviewed by a person on their team, which says something about how the company approaches both hiring and the work itself.
Apply now for the Videographer and Editor position at ENP Media and bring your camera and post-production skills to a team that takes the craft seriously.
