About the Role

You’ll be embedded in a post-production workflow that spans edited packages, studio production support, and media asset management across Network 10’s content slate. Day to day, that means working across non-linear editing systems alongside live production teams, handling everything from assembly cuts to final delivery in a broadcast compliance environment. Key Responsibilities

• Edit broadcast content to air using Avid Media Composer, maintaining editorial integrity across all deliverables.
• Operate EVS systems including IP-Director, LSM-VIA, and X-File to support live studio production replay and playout workflows.
• Manage media assets through the full post-production workflow, from ingest to archive, in line with broadcast compliance standards.
• Perform quality control checks on all edited material before delivery, catching technical and editorial issues before they reach air.
• Cut and turn around content under tight deadline management, balancing multiple projects across the production schedule.
• Coordinate with producers and directors during live studio production to deliver accurate and timely replay and edited sequences.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a Video Editor in a broadcast television or live studio production environment.
• Proficiency in Avid Media Composer and working knowledge of EVS IP-Director, LSM-VIA, and X-File systems.
• A solid understanding of broadcast compliance requirements and quality control processes within an Australian television context.
• Experience managing media assets across a structured post-production workflow, including ingest, logging, and delivery.
• Strong deadline management and the adaptability to shift priorities quickly when live production demands change.
