About the Role

The Videographer works across both studio and shop environments, producing educational video content that helps customers understand products and complete installations on their own. On any given day, that means rigging a camera in a shop bay to capture a hitch installation, working with a product expert to identify the shot that answers the question before the viewer even asks it, then returning to the edit to cut a clean, purposeful piece. This is a commercial video production role with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, not a freelance or project-based position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment across studio and shop production environments to capture product demonstrations, installations, and feature callouts.
• Collaborate with product specialists to identify key visual information and determine the most effective way to communicate it on screen.
• Edit footage into finished educational content that follows etrailer’s clear, instructional approach to video production workflow.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping footage organized, timelines on track, and digital assets properly filed throughout the production process.
• Handle daily setup, breakdown, and maintenance of production equipment and shooting spaces.
