Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site video capture during scheduled production sessions, managing camera operation, lighting setup, and audio execution to maintain consistent production quality across all shoots.
• Perform senior-level editing and establish editorial standards that carry through all deliverables, including review of any additional editing contributions from outside collaborators.
• Convert source recordings into production-ready assets across multiple formats, including long-form content, short-form clips, hook variations, carousel source material, and LinkedIn-ready packages.
• Apply established editing and storytelling techniques to strengthen viewer retention, narrative clarity, and brand positioning across all finished content.
• Proactively identify improvements in production efficiency, asset utilization, and editing workflows, including AI-assisted production methods where applicable.
• Coordinate and integrate approved freelance production support or external specialists into existing workflows when specific project requirements call for it.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience across both field production and post-production, with a portfolio that reflects work in brand, marketing, or promotional video production.
• Proficiency in professional non-linear editing software and familiarity with multi-format delivery pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with camera operation, lighting design, and location audio in a professional production context.
• Working knowledge of content extraction strategies and short-form content packages built for social and digital platforms.
• Ability to establish and maintain editorial standards on projects involving multiple contributors or production collaborators.
