Key Responsibilities

• Attend all men’s first-team fixtures and capture broadcast-quality footage for editorial, social, and archival use across the club’s digital channels.
• Edit original and historical footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver short and long-form content on weekly production deadlines.
• Manage the club’s YouTube channel and TikTok account, including playlist structure, publishing schedules, and content performance evaluation against department KPIs.
• Oversee the club’s audio-visual equipment inventory to ensure gear is maintained and ready for short-notice production.
• Support live sports production on the club’s streaming channel, contributing to matchday broadcast output.
• Maintain and build the club’s video archive, applying consistent file management and metadata practices.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience within a sports club or sports media production environment, ideally covering live events.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, with Adobe After Effects considered a strong advantage.
• A working understanding of EFL football and the content formats that perform across football supporter communities.
• Degree-level education in Media Production, Journalism, TV Production, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• A full driving licence is preferred given the travel demands of matchday and community production work.
