Key Responsibilities

• Operate and control security cameras across the campus video management system throughout all phases of home football game events.
• Monitor multiple live video feeds simultaneously, providing real-time situational awareness to University Police and Public Safety personnel at the command level.
• Track and locate individuals, vehicles, and areas of interest as directed by command staff during both routine and emergency situations.
• Communicate clearly and efficiently with law enforcement personnel under high-pressure live event conditions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and law enforcement activities observed during operations.
• Complete all required documentation and follow established operational procedures throughout each shift.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience operating video surveillance systems or working in a security monitoring environment.
• Familiarity with video management platforms such as Victor or comparable live event security camera systems.
• Background in public safety, law enforcement, security, or emergency management is strongly preferred.
• Ability to maintain concentration across extended multi-screen monitoring shifts without a lapse in responsiveness.
• Strong computer skills and clear verbal communication under operational pressure.
