Key Responsibilities

• Edit multi-camera live action productions from assembly through to final delivery, managing cuts, flow, and tempo to eliminate dead space and sustain viewer engagement across full episode runtimes.
• Shape storytelling through character-focused editing, prioritising relationship dynamics and dialogue performance to hold audience attention.
• Integrate sound effects and music with an understanding of when and where each serves the narrative, working across formats that use both scored and unscored sequences.
• Track and apply feedback from YouTube Analytics metrics including Average View Duration, Click-Through Rate, and first-30-second retention to inform ongoing editorial decisions.
• Apply LUTs and colour correction within Adobe Premiere Pro to bring visual consistency across episodes delivered to a global audience.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on video editing experience in digital content production, YouTube, or a related post-production environment.
