Job Type
Global Banking School is hiring a Videographer for their marketing department based at their Greenford campus in London. This role sits within the Student Recruitment and Marketing team, producing a full slate of branded video content including student testimonials, campaign videos, event coverage, and social media assets across UK and India-facing channels. It suits a working videographer who is comfortable owning the full production workflow, from location scouting and camera operation through to offline edit, colour, and delivery.
About the Role
The Videographer at Global Banking School operates across both production and post-production, working directly alongside content producers and motion graphics designers to deliver video content that supports student recruitment objectives. On any given week that could mean filming on campus, cutting testimonial edits in Premiere Pro, or building lower thirds and logo animations in After Effects. The output spans short-form vertical content for paid social through to long-form programme promotion videos for web.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and direct shoots across campus locations, covering interviews, classrooms, open days, graduation ceremonies, and guest lectures with full responsibility for lighting and audio capture.
- Edit raw footage through the full post-production workflow in Adobe Premiere Pro, including colour correction, grading, and audio mixing in Adobe Audition.
- Build motion graphics assets in Adobe After Effects including title sequences, lower thirds, animated captions, logo animations, and infographic overlays.
- Adapt and format video deliverables for multiple digital platforms, exporting in the correct resolutions and aspect ratios for vertical, square, and landscape social media content.
- Capture and edit still photography during video shoots, producing optimised assets for marketing, social media, and web distribution.
- Manage camera, lens, lighting, and audio equipment, including proper handling, storage, and maintenance across all production days.
What You Bring
- A degree or diploma in Film Production, Media Production, or Digital Media, or equivalent professional experience in a video production role.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Audition, with experience in Premiere Pro Teams Project workflows.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating camera work, edited sequences, social media content, and motion graphics.
- Proven experience shooting and editing event coverage and interview-based content in live environments.
- Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom for photography asset management is desirable.
Why This Role
Global Banking School operates across multiple UK campuses and produces a consistent volume of branded video content, which means steady, varied production work rather than sporadic project-based output. This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of £32,000 to £36,000. The role offers genuine breadth across the video production workflow, covering shoot production, post-production, motion graphics, and digital content creation within a single position.
