Day to day, this means managing assets through an Adobe-based post-production workflow, collaborating with the Studio Manager on briefs, and delivering finished outputs to marketing deadlines. The volume is consistent and the output variety is real, covering everything from short-form video edits to product photography retouching.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for retail digital channels, handling assembly, colour grading, and audio sync within the post-production workflow.
• Retouch and process photography assets for e-commerce and campaign use, maintaining consistency across the full content library.
• Manage project files and asset organisation across multiple concurrent briefs to meet scheduled delivery windows.
• Work directly with the Studio Manager to interpret creative briefs and translate marketing objectives into finished visual content.
• Prepare and export deliverables in formats and specs appropriate for digital publishing across web, social, and internal platforms.
• Review footage and photography selects, making editorial decisions that serve the commercial content production requirements of each brief.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in a video editing and photo retouching role within commercial content production or a retail media environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Familiarity with colour correction processes and audio cleanup as part of a standard post-production workflow.
• Strong file management habits and the organisational discipline to run multiple projects through simultaneous delivery cycles.
• A portfolio showing edited video work and retouched photography from real briefs, not spec projects.
