YZH is hiring a Video Editor based on-site in New Cairo, Egypt. This is a post-production role focused on delivering finished video assets across social media, digital advertising, and branded content channels. It suits an editor with a solid grip on narrative pacing and brand-driven storytelling who can move fluidly between short-form content and longer marketing productions.

About the Role

The Video Editor sits within the creative and marketing team at YZH, working across campaigns, educational content, and promotional material that spans multiple digital platforms. Day-to-day post-production workflow includes ingesting and organizing raw footage, building cuts from scratch, and iterating with creative leads until picture lock. The position is full-time, on-site, with working hours running from 12pm to 9pm including a one-hour break.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and edit raw footage into polished final cuts for social media, websites, digital advertising, and internal communications.
• Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, licensed music, and sound design elements to meet each project’s creative brief.
• Work directly with the marketing and content teams to ensure each edit serves the campaign objectives and performs against platform-specific requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency across all video output, applying style guides to color grading, typography, and audio levels.
• Manage simultaneous post-production projects across different stages, tracking deliverables and hitting scheduled deadlines without supervision.
• Build and maintain organized media libraries, project archives, and asset management systems to support an efficient post-production workflow.

What You Bring

• Proven experience editing branded content, digital advertising, or social media video in a professional post-production environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics tools, with After Effects experience considered a strong asset.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing and production tools currently entering the post-production pipeline.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deliver clean, broadcast-ready exports on deadline.
