Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form and mid-form digital video content, shaping narrative structure and maintaining brand alignment across all delivered formats.
• Perform color correction, sound design, audio mixing, and graphical overlay work as part of the standard post-production workflow on each project.
• Work directly with producers and content creators to refine cuts across multiple rounds of feedback within tight turnaround windows.
• Maintain organized project files and systematically archive footage to support a multi-production editorial pipeline.
• Apply strong pacing and audio-visual timing instincts to episodic digital content and web series formats.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the technical and editorial standards required for Antenna Group’s digital distribution channels.

What You Bring

• A degree in Film and Television Production, Digital Media, Audiovisual Arts, or a comparable field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro at a professional production level.
• A portfolio that demonstrates editorial credits across digital video, web series, or editorial content.
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken, given the bilingual production environment.
• Proven ability to meet fast turnaround deadlines without compromising editorial quality.
