About the Role

You will be working inside a production team that spans creative, strategy, and client services, handling post-production workflow for a range of UK and international brand clients. A typical day involves pulling selects from raw footage, building first-cut edits in Adobe Premiere Pro, moving approved timelines into DaVinci Resolve for colour grading, and managing the review and revision cycle through to final delivery. On shoot days, the role extends to camera and lighting setup for interviews and branded content productions.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage in Adobe Premiere Pro through to first-cut stage, ready for internal or client review.
• Perform colour grading in DaVinci Resolve, matching grade across sequences to a consistent and approved look.
• Organise and prepare media at the ingest stage, maintaining a clean post-production workflow across active projects.
• Manage client feedback and complete rounds of revision in line with brief, tracking changes through each version.
• Support remote video and podcast recording sessions, providing basic technical assistance to on-screen participants.
• Prepare and operate cameras and lighting on filming days and events when required by the production schedule.

What You Bring

• At least one year of relevant video editing experience, gained through professional work or formal education.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro as a primary editing tool within a production environment.
• Practical experience with DaVinci Resolve for colour grading, not just basic cuts.
• A working understanding of camera and lighting setup for interview and studio-style productions.
• Familiarity with the broader Adobe Creative Suite across agency or content production contexts.
• Legal right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role now or in the future.
