Key Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch original video concepts aligned to Expozeur’s brand positioning and target audience, presenting ideas clearly before production begins.
• Perform on camera across a range of video formats, bringing scripted and unscripted content to life through grounded, watchable performances.
• Handle all post-production workflow tasks including picture cutting, color correction, sound design, and final render and delivery.
• Own production scheduling and logistics, coordinating timelines with internal stakeholders and any external partners brought in on a project basis.
• Monitor content against budget and deadline on every project, flagging issues early and keeping quality consistent across deliverables.
• Track developments in video production technique, editing software, and social media platform requirements to keep output current.

What You Bring

• A portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience across video production, on-camera performance, and editing work, ideally across branded or advertiser-funded content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro at a production-ready level.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a short-form or branded video production from development through delivery without close supervision.
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to continuity, pacing, and audio quality in the edit.
• A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required given a strong portfolio.
