• Manage project documentation, records, and reports to ensure accuracy and timely submission at each stage of the post-production workflow.
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee material logistics to support ongoing VFX pipeline requirements without disruption to delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, production technicians, subcontractors, and senior management across all active projects.
• Monitor project performance against budget, schedule, and quality benchmarks, and recommend process improvements where gaps are identified.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience managing projects in a production or post-production environment, with a track record of on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Working knowledge of Jobber software or comparable project management platforms used in production scheduling and client record management.
• Strong estimating skills and comfort preparing and reviewing client-facing invoices and insurance documentation.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field technicians across concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and logistics within a production or VFX pipeline context.
