Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate permitting, municipal inspections, and utility interconnection requirements across active projects simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing timeline updates and resolving issues before they become delays.
• Align scheduling and deliverables across sales, design, operations, and installation departments to keep projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure all work meets company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements.
• Support client acquisition efforts by educating prospective customers on system options, financing structures, and project timelines.

What You Bring

• At least one year of project management experience, preferably in construction, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple active projects without dropping details.
• Familiarity with solar energy systems, electrical systems, or residential construction processes is a genuine advantage here.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suited to both technical teams and homeowner-facing conversations.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and legal eligibility to work in Canada.
