About the Role

You’ll be embedded in Framestore’s episodic and advertising teams, working across premium content for global broadcasters and brands alongside projects in the immersive space. Day to day, this means managing production schedules, coordinating between artists, supervisors, and department heads, and keeping the post-production workflow moving without friction. The work spans multiple concurrent projects, so your ability to anticipate problems before they land matters as much as your ability to solve them when they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed project schedules that align VFX delivery milestones with creative and client deadlines across episodic television and advertising productions.
• Track shot progress and coordinate cross-departmental workflows to keep the VFX pipeline moving through each stage of production.
• Organise and chair internal reviews, dailies, and key production meetings, keeping stakeholders aligned and decisions documented.
• Maintain production tracking tools and databases with accurate notes, status updates, and delivery information throughout each project’s lifecycle.
• Manage client-facing communications and coordinate final deliveries, including post-production wrap procedures.
• Oversee and support project coordinators in their day-to-day responsibilities, working alongside crewing and technical teams to keep resourcing matched to production demand.

What You Bring

• Proven credits as a Line Producer or senior production role within a VFX studio, post-production facility, or high-end episodic television environment.
• Hands-on experience managing VFX pipelines across multiple departments, including artists, supervisors, and technical teams.
• Familiarity with production tracking software and scheduling tools used in commercial or episodic post-production workflows.
• Strong understanding of how advertising, episodic, and immersive productions are structured and delivered at a professional level.
• Clear communication skills across internal teams and external clients, with a track record of managing competing priorities without missing deliverables.
