About the Role

Day to day, this person moves between client-facing consultations on the look and feel of VFX work, hands-on execution of effects, and quality checks that protect the integrity of the final image. This is not an entry-level seat, the studio expects someone who can step in and produce work from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Classic, Hybrid, Volume and Wispy compositing styles with a high degree of technical accuracy and stylistic consistency across all deliverables.
• Conduct client consultations to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate VFX treatments, packages, and services.
• Maintain strong isolation technique and image health practices throughout the post-production workflow to ensure clean, usable output.
• Manage personal project timing to meet turnaround benchmarks without sacrificing the quality standard the studio upholds.
• Support client retention by building strong working relationships and presenting relevant service and product recommendations during each engagement.
• Operate within a high-standard, client-focused studio environment, representing The Glam Lab professionally in all interactions.

What You Bring

• Minimum two years of professional VFX experience in a production or studio context, this is not a training position.
• Advanced technical skills across multiple effects styles with demonstrable consistency across varied project types.
• Strong sales ability and a track record of client retention within a service-driven production environment.
• Fluent English communication skills and confidence running consultations independently.
• A professional, reliable work style suited to a high-volume, quality-first studio floor.
