This role sits within the Global IT Production Management team and is responsible for taking new applications from deployment through to stable, long-term operation across film and television production workflows. About the Role

The Sr. Systems Analyst, IT Production Management works at the intersection of engineering, operations, and active film and TV productions, serving as the person accountable when production-critical systems need to perform. Day to day, this means coordinating application rollouts with production schedules, owning L2 and L3 support for post-production workflow tools, and managing change control so that releases do not disrupt a show in the middle of a shoot or finishing period. The role reports alongside a Senior Product Manager and touches everything from on-set environments to studio-side infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of applications and enhancements across production and post-production ecosystems, from deployment planning through to documentation and user training.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between engineering, vendors, and production teams to align technology releases with active show schedules and release windows.
• Manage L2 and L3 support operations for production systems, maintaining accountability for uptime, incident triage, and root cause analysis.
• Oversee environment management across production, staging, and post-production pipeline environments to ensure stability at every phase.
• Govern change and release management processes to minimize disruption to episodic television and feature film production schedules.
• Define and maintain secure configuration documentation consistent with InfoSec requirements and studio standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 or more years of experience in application delivery, production systems support, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting production-critical applications in a media or entertainment environment, with a working knowledge of film and TV post-production workflow.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies applied in operational or delivery contexts.
• Experience with studio production tools such as Scenechronize, Sync on Set, Box, Airtable, Google Workspace, or EP applications is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ITSM frameworks and tools including ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
