Ltd. is hiring a Full Time Videographer & Content Creator based in Singapore to lead video production and social media content for one of the country’s growing real estate personal brands. This role sits squarely in short-form content production, covering everything from on-location property shoots and educational series to behind-the-scenes footage and platform-native vertical video built for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. It suits a self-directed shooter-editor who understands social media content workflow end to end and can move between a tripod and a timeline without hand-holding.

About the Role

This position operates within a small, output-heavy content team embedded directly inside a top-performing real estate group, which means the production slate is ongoing and volume is real. On any given day, the role might involve filming a property tour in the morning, cutting three short-form clips from that footage in the afternoon, and developing hook concepts for the following week’s shoot. The output feeds active channels with a monthly reach in the thousands, so turnaround speed and editorial instinct are both essential to the workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Film short-form vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts across property tours, POV formats, and lifestyle shoots throughout Singapore.
• Edit footage using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, applying captions, transitions, sound design, and platform-appropriate pacing to each cut.
• Repurpose single filming sessions into multiple deliverables, extracting clips, teasers, and standalone social assets from one shoot day.
• Attend live events, project launches, and client appointments to capture spontaneous and unscripted content alongside planned material.
• Research trending formats across major social platforms and translate those formats into real estate and personal branding content that performs.
• Support content scheduling and organisation to maintain a consistent publishing cadence across all active channels.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated videography and editing credits, ideally across personal branding, lifestyle, or property content production.
• Working proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro with a portfolio of short-form edits to show.
• A clear understanding of hook structure, retention editing, and what drives engagement on short-form video platforms.
• Ability to shoot and edit independently in the field across multiple locations in Singapore.
• Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is a strong advantage for this role.
