Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate pilot proposals, pitches, and scripts across genres to identify material with genuine series potential for the MGM+ slate.
• Give substantive creative notes to top-tier writers and directors at all stages, from early outlines through final cuts in post-production.
• Recruit and develop relationships with writers, showrunners, and directors who have not yet set up projects at the studio.
• Oversee all creative decisions across development, active production, and post-production on assigned series.
• Act as the primary liaison between the scripted development team and departments including casting, marketing, press, and legal affairs.
• Track the broader premium television landscape to stay current on talent deals, competitive series orders, and shifts in audience taste.

• Extensive experience in scripted development and production at a network, premium cable, or streaming level.
• A working knowledge of top-tier film and television talent across writing, directing, and producing.
