This role sits within a brand content operation, producing photography and videography assets across lifestyle, product, and social media formats for multi-platform distribution. It suits a visual content professional who is equally comfortable on a product shoot and in post, managing their own edit from capture to final delivery.

About the Role

Working across brand content and digital marketing workflows, this person is responsible for the full production pipeline from shoot planning through to delivered assets. Day to day involves planning and executing lifestyle and product photography shoots, cutting short-form video content for social platforms, and coordinating with design and social teams to keep output aligned with brand strategy. This is a hands-on, owner-operator role where you are running the shoot and the edit.

Key Responsibilities

• Review client briefs and brand materials to establish visual tone, shot lists, and creative direction before each shoot.
• Plan and execute lifestyle, product, headshot, and facility photography shoots from pre-production through to final delivery.
• Shoot and edit short-form video content including reels and social-first formats, keeping up with platform-specific production standards.
• Retouch and color-grade photo and video assets to meet brand quality standards across digital and social platforms.
• Maintain a shared content calendar, flagging storytelling opportunities and ensuring assets are repurposed efficiently across channels.
• Manage all camera, lighting, and grip equipment to ensure readiness and optimal performance on every shoot day.

What You Bring

• Proven experience shooting lifestyle and product photography for brand content, commercial, or advertising production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro or comparable post-production software for photo retouching and video editing.
• A working knowledge of short-form video production workflows, including vertical format and platform delivery specs.
• Experience coordinating with design, marketing, or social media teams within a brand or agency production environment.
• Strong organizational skills for managing asset libraries and contributing to content calendars across multiple campaigns.
