Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creator engagement workflows, from initial acquisition through content delivery, ensuring quality control, compliance, and on-schedule execution across all active projects.
• Build and maintain project management systems and reporting infrastructure that give leadership clear visibility into creator performance and initiative status.
• Act as the primary operational liaison between RSV companies, internal FOX departments, and external creator partners to surface monetization opportunities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead onboarding processes for new creators and team members, developing scalable frameworks that hold up as the roster and program scope grow.
• Support senior leadership on planning cycles including budgeting, resourcing, and strategic roadmap development tied to audience development and distribution goals.
• Serve as the escalation point for creator-related issues, translating performance data into actionable process improvements across the content operations pipeline.

What You Bring

• Five or more years managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in digital media, content operations, or a comparable production environment.
• Demonstrated track record of building operational frameworks from scratch and improving existing workflows under real production pressure.
• Proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems used in digital content or creator economy pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across matrixed organizations and influencing senior leadership.
• Data-driven approach to performance tracking, with the ability to translate analytics into concrete operational decisions.
