• Support producers in developing and maintaining project schedules, applying working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

• Foundational understanding of production pipeline workflows inside a game, animation studio, or comparable entertainment production environment.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MIRO as part of a working production toolset.
• Experience with Shotgrid or Flow for asset and task tracking is a direct advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for scheduling, reporting, and documentation purposes.
• A degree in a related discipline is helpful, though equivalent production experience is considered.
