A24 is hiring a Senior FP&A Associate to join their finance team in New York. This role sits at the center of the company’s financial planning operation, owning the consolidated operating model, investor reporting, and serving as the dedicated finance lead for the TV slate, which includes series like Euphoria, Beef, and Ramy. About the Role

The Senior FP&A Associate works directly with Accounting and business unit stakeholders across film, television, and emerging verticals to keep budgets, forecasts, and investor materials aligned with how the business actually moves. On any given day, that means running the TV team’s quarterly reforecast, pulling together capital raise materials, or rebuilding a dashboard in Pigment or Hex so that leadership has a clean, reconciled view of the numbers. This is a generalist finance seat with real ownership, not a support function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the company’s consolidated operating model and investor model, maintaining and evolving the structure as A24’s business lines expand across film distribution, episodic television, and live events.
• Act as the primary finance point of contact for the TV team, managing their annual budget and quarterly reforecast and staying close enough to production timelines to flag anything that shifts the numbers.
• Support the annual budget cycle and ongoing reforecasting process, ensuring financial outputs stay connected to actual business performance across departments.
• Prepare investor relations materials, financial schedules, and ad hoc analyses in support of capital raise processes.
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards using modern tooling including Pigment, Hex, Snowflake, and Claude, creating a single source of truth for company-wide financial data.
• Partner with Accounting to keep cross-functional reporting reconciled, consistent, and actionable for leadership and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Five or more years of FP&A or finance experience, ideally combining investment banking or private equity with time in an operating finance role.
• Strong Excel modeling skills across full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with planning and accounting systems such as Pigment, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.
• Comfort working with data and AI tools including Claude, Hex, and Snowflake, or a clear interest in building that fluency.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, and the organizational range to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without dropping detail.
