Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-end compositing across Flame and Nuke within a commercial VFX pipeline, maintaining consistency and quality across multiple simultaneous campaign deliveries.
• Handle 2D and 3D compositing tasks including rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and CG integration for advertising content.
• Manage your own shot queue, hitting editorial and client review deadlines without compromising technical quality.
• Collaborate directly with VFX supervisors and creative leads to interpret briefs and translate them into finished composite work.
• Contribute to post-production workflow improvements where relevant, flagging pipeline issues early and proposing solutions within your area of expertise.
• Deliver final outputs across a range of formats suited to broadcast, online, and digital advertising distribution.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable senior-level experience as a Flame and Nuke compositor, with a reel that reflects high-end advertising or commercial post work.
• Proficiency in both Autodesk Flame and Foundry Nuke, with the ability to switch between them based on project need.
• A working history in advertising environments, where you have delivered finished work under real production deadlines.
• Solid understanding of colour science, light interaction, and what makes a composite hold up at final delivery quality.
• The ability to work independently within a remote or hybrid global team structure while remaining timezone-aligned to London.
