Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage and brand assets into story-driven short-form videos optimised for Meta paid social placements and conversion objectives.
• Develop multiple creative variants per campaign, testing different opening hooks to identify which edits pull viewers past the first three seconds.
• Cut and iterate CTA sequences based on performance feedback from the paid media team, treating each revision as a production decision rather than a correction.
• Maintain a consistent post-production workflow that supports rapid turnaround without compromising edit quality or brand consistency.

What You Bring
