Key Responsibilities

• Manage simultaneous development of multiple French-language series projects across different stages of the scripted development pipeline.
• Deliver detailed creative notes and script development feedback to writers and showrunners throughout the writing and production process.
• Identify and build relationships with French writers, directors, production companies, and literary rights holders relevant to episodic television.
• Collaborate with production partners and internal teams across Production, Business Affairs, and Marketing to move projects from development into production.
• Evaluate incoming material for its creative merit and its commercial viability as original series content for a global streaming audience.
• Represent Amazon MGM Studios in the French creative community, maintaining active relationships with top-tier talent across the industry.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in script development and serialized storytelling, with a strong command of story structure and character across multi-episode formats.
• A professional background inside a major French production company, broadcaster, or studio with a track record of credits in scripted television or film development.
• Proven ability to carry multiple development projects simultaneously without losing creative quality or attention on individual projects.
• An established network within the French entertainment industry across writers, agents, producers, and directors.
• Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to work across a bilingual creative and corporate environment.
