About the Role

The VFX Producer works across Untold Studios’ advertising slate, managing projects that demand a confident command of short-form production workflows and high-end VFX post-production. Day to day, this means running pitches, building and maintaining relationships with production companies and commissioners, and guiding projects through execution while keeping teams and clients in sync. The role carries real ownership, from the first bid to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage VFX advertising projects end to end, holding the schedule and budget through every stage of the post-production workflow.
• Lead pitching and bidding on incoming projects, working closely with creative and executive teams to develop competitive, production-informed proposals.
• Build and maintain working relationships with directors, production companies, and agency commissioners to develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality briefs.
• Translate client feedback clearly to VFX artists and department leads, keeping creative direction consistent without disrupting team momentum.
• Mentor producers and coordinators across active projects, supporting their development as part of the wider Untold Studios production team.
• Represent the studio at industry events and awards shows, contributing to its visibility within the advertising and VFX production community.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience producing high-end short-form VFX projects within an advertising or commercials production context.
• Thorough working knowledge of VFX pipeline processes, from pre-production planning through compositing and final delivery.
• An established network of directors, production company contacts, and agency relationships.
• Confidence bidding and winning competitive VFX advertising work at a senior level.
• Strong communication skills applied to both client management and internal team leadership.
