Nightlife Marketing – Videographer

Wynn Resorts is hiring a Nightlife Marketing Videographer in Las Vegas, Nevada to lead video content production across its portfolio of nightlife venues. This role sits within the Nightlife Marketing department and is responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering both short form social content and long form concept videos that drive artist promotion, event coverage, and brand storytelling. About the Role

The Nightlife Marketing Videographer works directly within the Wynn Resorts nightlife marketing team, producing content for resident artist campaigns, sponsorship deliverables, and organic social media channels. A typical week involves shooting live event moments on the floor, setting up lighting and backdrops for controlled shoots, editing reels for same-day social turnaround, and presenting new video concepts in the weekly marketing meeting. The role also requires building ongoing creative relationships with resident artists to develop content both inside and outside the venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit event coverage across all Wynn Nightlife venues, capturing organic moments suitable for social media video production and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and write video treatments for concept-driven short form and long form productions to present to artists and executive teams.
• Set up lighting, backdrops, and camera equipment for studio style shoots, and provide clear on-set art direction to subjects.
• Apply post-production techniques including special effects and color work to deliver finished video treatments across promotional and sponsorship needs.
• Scout locations, conduct competitive research across day and nightlife venues, and bring new creative concepts to weekly strategy meetings.
• Produce one sheets and marketing decks to support video concepts, event strategies, and artist presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

• A minimum of five years of work experience shooting in a nightclub, dayclub, bar, or lounge environment.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment and a working knowledge of current industry tools, with a commitment to staying current on gear and technique.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both polished social media video content and longer branded productions within a venue marketing context.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects and deadlines across a busy event calendar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to obtain and maintain any work cards or licensing required by the state of Nevada.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
